E-Commerce Coordinator



Position Summary:

We are Helavo, an innovative and dynamic team from Germany.We are a manufacturer and online seller of high quality products in the category of walking aids and rollators.
In order to achieve our goal of becoming the online market leader in mobility products, we are expanding our operational team in Bucharest and are looking for a Platform Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of online retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our Amazon Platform operations, you will be the driving force behind our operational success, managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) and reporting straight to the management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Relationship Management: Oversee and manage our relationship with Amazon Europe, including direct interactions with our Account Management team based in Berlin, Germany.
Business Development: Optimizing product listing for search visibility and conversion. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them strategically into the product listing
Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with our Supply Chain Team to manage the flow of goods, including demand planning and forecasting.
Performance Analysis and Data Insights: Regularly monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, click-through rate, and advertising ROI. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Profit & Loss Management: Take responsibility for the financial performance of our European platform sales on Amazon
Marketing Strategy: Utilize Amazon Advertising tools to increase visibility and drive traffic to the product listing. Create targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers.

 

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English for effective communication in an international business environment.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience & Proven Track Record in Online Marketing or Platform Management. / Product Management
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong understanding of data-driven performance management.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
