  • What does the Helavo service include?

    Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service.

    As part of our warranty, we offer a replacement parts service, provided it is not a self-inflicted defect or intentional damage. Our team will endeavor to get you the replacement parts you need as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

    In addition, we are extending the guarantee for our rollators to 3 years. All you have to do is register within our warranty extension .

  • I'm having trouble building. What can I do?

    For a simple and uncomplicated assembly, we provide step-by-step video assembly instructions for each of our models. To do this, simply click on your rollator model in the menu under "Video assembly instructions" or scan the QR code provided in the box with your rollator.

  • Can I convert my rollator?

    No, unfortunately it is currently not possible to combine parts from different models.

  • I'm not sure which model best suits my needs. Who do I contact for advice?

  • Can I see a Helavo rollator near me?
