We offer free returns for our customers in Germany . Simply send us an email to support@helavo.de with your order details. Our customer service team will then provide you with a free return label and assist you with the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible. Refunds will always be processed using the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
