Order processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery in real time.


Estimated delivery times

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery:

  • Within Germany: 2–4 working days

  • EU countries: 3–7 working days

  • Other European regions: 5–10 business days

Note: During holidays or peak periods, courier services may experience slight delays.


Delivery area

We currently deliver to most countries in the European Union and selected neighboring regions.
Worldwide shipping is unfortunately not available at the moment.

Shipping costs

  • Germany: Free shipping on all orders

  • EU countries & neighboring regions: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination

  • Non-EU countries: Not currently supported

If you require faster delivery, you can select express options (including overnight shipping) during the checkout process for an additional charge, depending on your location and chosen shipping provider.

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

We take great care to ensure your Helavo product arrives undamaged. All items are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging—with a particular focus on environmentally friendly materials whenever possible.
